I have been specifically informed of and expressly accept the Colocation Agreement provisions concerning: ServerAstra's possessory pledge over my Customer Equipment securing amounts actually due in connection with the Colocation Service, subject to a standard maximum secured amount of EUR 10,000 per Service Order unless a different amount is individually agreed; and the applicable equipment removal, Remote Hands, Secure Storage, packaging, return and transportation charges described in the Colocation Agreement. I understand that the EUR 10,000 amount is a maximum limit of the security interest and is not a fee, penalty or debt owed by me.
